    Daniel turns 21

Ah, i juz sent a hectic week away n now I'm in another one again. Last week's Discrete Maths test was disastrous. Cohort average was only 8/25 marks can u believe it? Well, i think i only have 4marks at most, that was how terrible it is. It made me feel that what's the purpose of having such a tough paper when most of us are going to fail? According to my tutor, this is not uncommon cos usually 60% of the cohort will fail this module. Shit, how am I going to compete against those inhuman China ppl and Vietnamese? They're the ones in my course that are super in learning ability. Discrete maths aside, I'm having my porgramming test this Saturday. Panick Panick! Gosh, time is not enough. I have so many modules to take care and the final exam is only 30days away. Tell me how to survive. My brain juices are drying out.

Ok, something happier. Celebrated Daniel's 21st birthday last night. This old friend of mine is really popular with his hall mates. U should see the number of people who attended his party in his house. Well, me and Zheng Rong went for it n it seems dat both of us are his oldest friends over there.

Chatted with his mum and dad after not seeing them for a long long time. Thank god they still remember me. Hehe.. Soon, Zheng Rong will turn 21 in 30 days' time and all of us will be in adulthood at last. The only sad thing is I'll be turning 22 in 2months' time by the time ZR turns 21. Heh, time really flies.

The other events of the night included the Man Utd-Liverpool match and the Brazilian Grand Prix. My team lost 2-0 to the Red Devils, which was a sorry sight to watch. I wonder what's wrong in the team but i can definitely point out that Rafael Benitez's persistence on playing Gerrard on the right wing is a mistake. WTF he buy Jermaine Pennat for when he keeps using Gerrard over there? Drop Sissoko, he's getting ineffective. Another Screwed up match and 3points lost. 11point gap between Liverpool n the top team of the table. A title challenge? Next season perhaps. Concentrate on the CHampions League.

LAter in the night was the Brazilian Grand Prix at Interlagos. It was a special race cos it was Michael Schumacher's last race in his career. The most successful F1 driver of all time, 7-time world champion, Michael Schumacher, will finally call it a day after 15years in the business. He drove one of his most stirring races last night to finish 4th, a great achievement considering he had a punctured tyre on Lap7 and he started at 10th position on the starting grid. Ferrari's 2nd driver Phillpe Massa won the grand prix to become the 1st Brazilian to win at Interlagos after Aryton Senna. Defending champion Fernando Alonso finished 2nd in his Renault followed by Jensen Button in a Honda. Eventhough Schumi didn't regain his title this season, he's still the best driver to me. Nobody can conquer wet race tracks the way he does n no one drive with such sheer character. He'll definitely be missed in this sport. For the past 7yrs, the sole reason why i watched F1. Now that he's gone, it's an all new start with Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikonnen n Jensen Button the most promising drivers in the game.

To the greatest driver of all time, Michael Schumacher, u're always the best in my eyes.

    20th October, Friday

Went to school early morning for my Geography Live webcast.. Yawn.....

There was this motor show at the Central forum in NUS n i went there with Daniel to check it out. Saw this EVO IX, which ridiculously is a red-plated car. COME ON!! The price of this OPC can get u a Subaru WRX black plated! I wonder wad's the owner thinking

    Nice vinyl though..

This pink Nissan Silvia S15 belongs to a guy living in Eusoff Hall according to Daniel. He muz be a freaking rich guy

Discontinued cars are owas the most precious

The look into the air vent on the hood of the EVO IX

Later in the day, met up with Zheng Rong to get Daniel's birthday gift. Went Marina Square n we chanced upon the Creative shop. I into ZR to the new XmoD device n he's trying it out on the display set

Creative is still best at their sound blaster technology. This Xmod can really boost the quality of ur MP3s, an ideal device for my laptop. However, it'll cost me S$139.

    22nd October, Sunday

Daniel's birthday party in his house

Some pictures of his house, his living room. Nice cosy place

His mum made this birthday cake for him.

    Ok, wad's Zheng Rong doing?

    The FOOD!!

    The rice

    Haha..

Zheng Rong and Daniel. Guess Daniel's self taking picture skills need some improvment

    He renovated his bathroom! Hoho..

    Check out his friends

    Distributing the cake

    His mum doing the cutting

    Everyone enjoying the cake

Me and Zheng ROng, two lonely chaps of the night

    Resting

    Daniel and his "cocktail"

    The cocktail?

Daniel's maid. I first saw her when i went to his house at 13. She muz be the longest serving maid i had ever seen. She took care of daniel n his two elder brothers with the eldest already 31

Ok, damn, Man Utd scored again and everyone chiong to the tv

ZR took my cam n started shooting everything

    Alcohol collection

His parents are avid travellors. When both of them are retired by this year end, they gonna travel the world together. Well, i wish my parents can do dat too

Stupid match which Liverpool lost 2-0. Sucks

Last pic for the night, Daniel's garden. Posted by Picasa
