Wow, i had a real happy day today!! Haha.. It's not really that bad being a ration coordinator. I didn't have to pass the food to my company mates. They came to get it from me instead. After the meal times, i get to roam around the Padang, which my buddies were not allowed to. It's really a blessing in disguise, i don't mind doing the same job again on August 9.

It was an eye opener. Security was damn high, u can see policemen everywhere. It was pretty boring when the actual thing haven't start. I was walking around doing nothing, hoping to see some celebrities. I guess i'm super lucky. I was always at the right place at the right time to catch those celebrities in person. Sheesh, i was overwhelmed. When the parade started, i was juz standing there enjoying the whole show, free of charge.

I did watch NDP live a few times before when i was young, but this one was fantastic. I was so close to the whole thing, it felt i was part of the parade. The atmosphere is unbelievable. I'm glad i got this chance to enjoy the whole parade live, right in front of me, less than 50m apart. I can't wait for the actual day now. It's gonna be better with the free fall parachuting, which wasn't presented today.

My legs were damn tired after the whole thing ended. I was standing n walking non-stop for 5hrs. But i enjoyed it, it was really fun. This is a chance i will never get again after i ORD. Thank god the weather was good today eventho there was a heavy downpour in the early noon. 9th August, please come quickly...
