Everton 3-0 Liverpool

I think Liverpool produced one of their worst performance in a derby last night when they play local rivals Everton. 2-0 down by half time through goals from Tim Cahill n Andre Johnson. The Reds piled on the pressure after the break but was unable to break down a resilient Everton defence. Steven Gerrard had a shot coming back off the bar n Xabi Alonso n Luis Garcia were guilty of missing good chances. The introduction of Dirk Kuyt liven up things abit but the solitary goal for Liverpool remained elusive. Then came the last minute of the match when Lee Carsley sent a powerful shot towards the Liverpool goal. Reina was caught off his line but was able to palm the ball. What happened next was a total joke as I myself was laughing at him.

He palmed the ball back towards the goal n rushed back to scoop the ball off, hoping to bring it over the bar n out of play. However, the ever lively Andrew Johnson was quick enough to head in the ball after it was being scooped out. Then the next moment, Reina turn around n thought the bald head of Andrew Johnson is the BALL n he held his head!! Gosh, a stupid blunder by the Spanish keeper, he thinks he's playing basketball huh? Doing an alley move? Bring back Jerzy Dudek la..
