My Aches

Now that the World Cup is over, my sleeping pattern more or less became normal. No more late nights or nights without any sleep. Hehe.. Just one more month to the start of the English Premier League, I can't wait for my weekly dosage of football. The Zidane headbutt incident is still unsettled, with the Fifa President announcing that Zidane might be stripped of the Golden Ball Award due to violent conduct. Well then, if he loses the award, Metarazzi should lose his balls for insulting Zidane's family. Zizou had finally broke the silence, saying the Italian insulted his mum numerous times. He apologised to the public, but he didn't regret his actions.

If i am him, I would do the same too. I won't allow any asshole to insult my family. The attention has been on Zidane for too long. Fifa is now taking disciplinary action on Marco Metarazzi, n I hope he gets a lengthy ban.

On the German front, my favourite Jeurgen Klinsmann has stepped down as the German head coach. I'm thoroughly saddened by his decision. Apparently, he wants to spend more time with his family in his adopted country of California. Hai.. Seeing him pick up German football from the tatters, n then leave like that, it's really a pity. On the other hand, Marcelo Lippi has ended his contract as the Italian coach after winning the World Cup.

I'm aching all over now. Been jogging every morning to grab a chance of seeing my dear MQ off to work. After being inactive for so many months due to work, this workout totally "destroyed" my muscles, condemning them to aches n soreness. Argh... But then, it does feels better getting my fitness back slowly.
