HK DAY 2
After a hectic Day 1, we woke up early for Day 2, heading to a proper hotel after a night in the small Olympic Terrace apartment. HK was cool with temperatures near the mid 20s n all of us love it..
picture taken from my room in the apartment..
does it look pretty much like Singapore?
check out the old n small apartments nearby, n the mountain at the background..
messy is the word to use
onto the streets
checking into MetroPark Kowloon Hotel
something special while on our way out for bfast after dropping our stuffs
the mini buses that travel at 70km/h
Cindy still look well here..
at the Cafeteria, Cindy starting feeling nauseous
iced lemon tea
hot lemon tea
SH with her tea
cindy's wanton noodles which she barely touched
some fried stuffs with sweet sour sauce
my fried rice
WY's cheesebaked rice
we left the cafeteria with Cindy displaying as Singapore's icon, The Merlion..
she threw up n had to retire for the day to get better..
left her back at the hotel n went for some shopping at Women's Street
smelly tofu is indeed fuggin smelly!!
bubble tea for the girls..
huge new mall
see how tall it is..
their buses pretty much look at same as SBS
old air-cons dripping water onto the streets below
this is their bus stop, no seats n no shelter.. If it rains, good luck to u..
their streets are very very crowded
i love their red coloured taxi..
went to the MTR for the 1st time..
there it is..
The famous Mong Kok
the girls... Cindy felt well enuff to join us for the night
crossed the sea n went to Central
Central is cleaner n less messy
dinner/supper at restaurant..

WY gone bonkers after shopping..
one thing, HK's wanton are fuggin AWESOME
ee-mian + abalone
went back to Mong Kok n had more bubble tea + cold noodles..
Day 2 was a scare with Cindy's saga early in the morning. She blamed it on the luncheon meat sausage noodles she had the night b4. Thank god she became better n was able to enjoy the rest of the holiday. We still haven't tried the main craving, HK dim sum~!!
