Phuket Day Three

Our third day on the island. Slowly, we were feeling the effect of the lack of sleep n the scorching sun. Woke up at 9am, had breakfast n then a short rest in the room. Went for a walk under the sun. We chose a different direction this time round, hoping to discover new shops n stuff. Nah, we didn't find anything new, n so went back to the usual shopping area again. This time, I bought two Billabong t-shirts, a Diesel jacket n a female Billabong shorts, totaling to 710baht(S$30). I'm broke, leaving with only 300baht to spend. Luckily, there is a UOB branch in Phuket, n I can actually draw money from the ATM machine!! How amazing!! Haha..

Most of us were more or less broke, n we settled for the much much cheaper cup noodles from Seven Eleven Store for lunch. We back to hotel, had our noodles n then went for a swim in the hotel pool, followed by another round of play at the beach. It was damn fun, n we even did something to Stephen on the beach. Our shoulders were freaking red n painful from sunburn after this last session at the beach. Even wearing my t-shirt on is painful. Heck.. Had a bath, n it's dinner time, our last meal on the sunny island. Went Bangla Street again n settled for a budget restaurant. The food was good n suits our taste buds. Sad to say, Weiliang ordered a dish that was so sucky, even he himself had trouble swallowing it.

After dinner, we went shopping again at the night market. Bought some stuff again, spending most of our money cos it was our last shopping session. Went past the transvestite bar again n stood there for quite long, looking at the weird looking humans. They look disgusting to me. Yucks~!! After that, we bought some Heineken n went back to the hotel. I stayed back on the streets n went to this shop that provides ADSL internet connection. That was how my previous blog came about. Spent 41baht(S$1.70) surfing the net for 41minutes, chatting to friends on MSN, who were so surprised to see me online. Haha.. Oh ya, Happy Birthday KrYpTeSs^.

After the surfing, I walked back to the hotel alone. It was pretty scary as the streets can be quite dark at certain places, but luckily the shop wasn't that far away. I headed back to my room, where the rest of them were playing poker cards again. We all played the number game, with the loser drinking the Heineken. Had quite a lot of fun n soon, all of us were tired n retired at 1am. Last night in Phuket, leaving in 8hrs' time.
