Phuket, Here I Come!!

Hoho, went to get my new passport today at ICA building. The new passports is very beautiful with the new pictures in the pages, unlike the old one with nothing but a dull grey coloured page to show for. My photo is being "fused" into the book rather than being pasted onto it like the old one. ICA was damn crowded today n I waited close to 30min to receive my passport.

Chye Soon is coming over soon to stay in my house later. We'll be taking Jun Liang dad's cab later at 4plus in the morning. The flight is 7am n we have to be there by 5am. Sheesh.. It's gonna be real hard waking up this early, especially when both me n Chye Soon are super sleepers. But who cares? It'll be so exciting!

It'll be my first time to Phuket. Heard from mum that it's a beautiful place, but I hope it has recovered from the Asian Tsunami in 2004. Hmm.. Haven't taken a plane overseas since 14. That's like a long 7yrs. Haha, it's my first time taking a budget airline as well. I wonder how different is it going to be. My past flying experience was all with SIA, with nice comfortable seats. We'll be taking Tiger Airways though, a budget airline being managed by SIA.

There will be 9 of us from the platoon going. However, there will be 10 going tomorrow, the extra person is a girl!! Don't ask me why, but Stephen's friend wants to join us. I'm really puzzled why she wanna go holiday with NINE other army boys.

Anyway, I'll be back on Friday. Wait for my pictures. Sayonara~!
