I want to kayak!
Was too tired to blog last night. First of all, CHELSEA LOST!!!! Wahahaha!! Gosh, never would I expect them to lose against Fulham. Luis Boa Monte scored the decisive goal on the 16th minute n Didier Drogba got a goal disallowed due to hand ball. Jose Mourinho blamed the referee for the defeat of cos. I don't care how Chelsea lost; I just want them to lose!! The other match of the night, Liverpool won the match at St James' Park 3-1 with goals from Crouch, Gerrard n Cisse. Rafael Benitez used his tactical awareness again in the match, playing with two speedy wingbacks n three central defenders. Looking at Liverpool's wing play last night was such a joy. They thoroughly deserve the victory.
On TV, Singapore's first Star Idol emerged last night. Just as I expected, Bryan Wong won the title. Leo Lam just doesn't have the looks of a star. Bryan has the looks n the fabulous body to win the competition for him. When he was eliminated a few rounds back, I became uninterested with the competition. But when he came back during the revival round, I know he's gonna win it. This ex-air steward certainly has the charisma to be a true star. Go Bryan!
Went to Lower Seletar Reservoir ystd to have a look at the kayaking n dragonboat competition being held there. You Wei, Su Feng, Lesley n Kimi were there. Looking at the level of skills the rowers have, I have this sudden urge to train up again. NTU & NUS kayak rowers are damn powerful. The power n techniques they possess were awesome. If I can cope well with my studies in NUS, I will definitely continue my favourite sport in kayaking.
