Everything Not in Order

Sometimes, i hate leaving the house for a long period of time, cos things will go out of order once i'm away. When i got back home today, i saw all my fishes dead even though i assigned my sis to feed it daily. Then, i switched on my PC n found it infected with some screwed up malwares. Damn, it has only been 3.5 days n things had already gone haywire.

Went for my physiotherapy session at SGH after a short rest at home. Saw the pretty physiotherapist(not mine). She removed her glasses!! Haha, n she looks so much better with contacts. Wow.. She even walked past me a lot of times today. Hehe..

Alright, back to main subject. In phuket, i could feel the pain jogging n jumping. Boo.. Spoil my fun. My physiotherapist suggests i buy a petalla tendon brace to give my knee some extra support. So, she tied the elastic band on my knee again juz like last week, n made me run on the treadmill for 10min. After that, I had ultrasound on my knee again. That sums up the seesion i had today. Won't be seeing her till 3 weeks later.

Hmm, i gotta go buy the brace. Haha, i'll look like Juan Sebastian Veron if i wear it when i play soccer.
