Sunny feels Good Hohoho... I finally drove my Sunny juz now. Went out for dinner with my family. Initially, the car felt weird, cos i was being trained with a Toyota Vios all this while in the driving school. A sudden change to a bigger n more powerful Nissan Sunny certainly need some time to get used to. I have to admit it's harder to drive than the Vios due to its bigger size. Today is the 1st time i drove at night. i counldn't see my pedals or which gear i was in. Everything was very strange.
Luckily i coped well, with my mum advising me what to do. Haha, to think that she has no license, her advice were good. I listened to her n drove calmly. Went to fetch my cousin n her son to join us for dinner. Haha, they were both so excited. My cousin watch me grow up as she's 14 yrs older than me, n looking at me drive, she said she felt old already.
I'm still not used to the car, stalling it twice on the road. Boo!! N i think i wasted quite a lot of petrol due to my poor control of co-ordination of the clutch n accelerator. The Sunny's clutch is so much higher than the Vios' clutch. Bleah.. I better learn fast, or i'll have to spent alot of money in the wasted petrol. Overall, i would prefer the Sunny to the Vios due to its better suspension n driving comfort.
So yeah, my 1st driving trip w/o a driving instructor by my side. At least i made my passengers feel safe in the car. The next thing to do is to familiarise myself with the car, n then get myself around Singapore roads w/o getting lost.
