Tuesday, June 29, 2010 HK DAY 1 Ok, I shall do this day by day, with a total of 7 days. 700+ of photos, might be quite a big load for anyone to swallow. So take ur time viewing, if u think it's interesting.. LoL Morning head over to Budget Terminal for our flight That's our plane Waiting......... -- ready for take off!! -- in the air~ her new NUS jacket ah, fell asleep.. i see land after 3hrs+ Landed on Macau It's a freaking small n basic airport.. waiting for clearance.. stepping onto Macau land everything's in chinese, traditional chinese some more.. -- gave up on the mini bus n went for a cab instead.. crossing the bridge to the other side of the island.. Sands Casino The pier to HK Pier met up with the rest who were there the day before.. on the bus to Venetian.. -- -- the place is really grand.. Cindy nice, they haf this here too that's the casino the whole place look nice.. the sky is fake fyi.. the Gondola girls -- -- bought our tickets for it grand? -- ceiling had our dinner at the foodcourt, with food prices starting from S$10, amazing.. SH abandoned her food cindy luvs her food.. lol waiting for our Gondola ride.. John n me our "sailor" -- -- -- -- SinG~ heck john's a manu fan i can't help it, totally loathe this club night fell, n it was all misty n cold n nice taking bus back to the pier.. -- on the ferry to HK!! -- alright man, at last, HONG KONG!! our apartment, a reflection of wad kinda housing HK residents live in.. Not in any way feeling like a hotel.. dropped our stuffs n went out to get some snacks n a little walk.. HK has so many variety of magazines, there's even porn mags too.. does this look exactly like HK dramas? -- u dun see this in SG.. my dessert/supper John's kiwi sago SH's mango she luvs her instant noodles Cindy's "disastrous" noodles.. U will noe why in Day 2 WY's mixed fruit -- went back to our apartment, n they were showing this on TV.. TMD, Little Nonya making waves in HK too?? A tiring but short 1st day. First impression of HK was pretty alright, although the apartment was nt that good, but it's gd enuff with the basic stuffs all working well. The old n rundown looking residential buildings are really a rare sight. Split air-con system doesn't seem to exist, alot of them are still using the single window type of a/c, with water dripping onto the streets. The weather is gd too, nice n cool, unlike the shitty humid n scorching SG weather. Best of all? Their taxi takes 5 passengers! Perfect for the 5 of us, n it's pretty affordable too with the meter only starting to jumping dunno how many kilometres later. Place felt safe even late at night, n the locals look more polite n nicer than expected. I was actually starting to like the place.. |
