Future Pharmacists

I woke up looking like a zombie today. Lack of sleep is a killer. Even a cold shower failed to fire me up. I fell asleep on the train instantly n almost missed my station. I dashed out of the train at the last minute, just before the doors closed.
I reached the pharmacy on time, but I was too lazy n tired to work. So I sat at the pantry for 10minutes until the first drug order came. I stood up n walked towards the printer reluctantly. Boo...

Soon, the rest of my colleagues arrived. Then, Adrian told me the pharmacy students from NUS will be joining us later in the morning for their attachment. A group of them arrived shortly n there were six of them. Each of them was assigned to each of the five printers later on to learn about the medicine packing. Thank god it wasn't very busy today, so I was able to teach my helper properly. She was from NJC n is now in her third year of the course. Had a little chat n taught her the various ways of packing. Suddenly, I woke up. I had to be very clear of what I was teaching her n perhaps that perked me up.

She made a few mistakes. Well, it was her first day, mistakes were unavoidable. I had mine too on my first day 2 months ago. But she's a pretty fast learner n the rest of the day she did fine. I wonder what's installed for her tomorrow.

I'm tired now, my eyes red n dry. I need to sleep. MQ has influenced me so much that I feel like eating soya bean curd every night. Huh.... Perhaps I should move to Hougang so that I can eat from the soya stall every night? Haha.. I'll go have it in my dreams now. YuM~
