HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL~!! Woohoo, the long awaited year 2006 is finally here. What a way to start the year, the weather is chilly n VERY wet over in Singapore. Oh, didn’t do much during the transition between ’05 n ’06 either. Haha, I was watching a EPL match, Liverpool VS West Bromwich Albion. The Reds ended off the year on a high with a 1-0 victory, n they equaled the record 10 straight league matches in 1982. Wow, I’m waiting for more to come from my beloved Liverpool in 2006.

Hmm, 2006 will be an exciting year for me. First of all, I’m gonna ORD!! Heck, I’ve been waiting for 15^th March 06 since the very first day I became a soldier on 16^th January 04. I WANT MY LIFE BACK. Secondly, I’ll be turning into a magical 21 yr old 30 days later! Hehe, I’m happy to be 21, but it feels kinda old. Then, it’s back to school again on 7^th August. NUS, here I come. I’m gonna be bombarded with never ending assignments n come under great stress again. Oh well, that’s life. I’ve had a really UN-stressful life in the Army for 2 yrs, n it’s doing my brain little good. I think I’ll be down with Alzheimer if I continue not using my brain.

So far, these will be the major events that are going to happen in 2006. I wonder what other surprises awaits me in this New Year. So here it is, my New Year Resolutions.

1. Stay fit & healthy (back to my kayaking trainings)
2. Continue to be a good son, good brother
3. Get my emotional health back on track
4. Study REALLY hard to pass well in my exams
5. Earn lots of money $~!~$, enough to support myself n the Sunny
6. Get my driving license
7. Catch up more with old friends
8. Improve my bad tempered character
9. Start keeping pet aquarium fishes again
10. Be a better person n make more friends

Hope I can accomplish these 10 things I had listed.

First task for me in Year 2006—Paint the house

Yeah.. How exciting huh? I’m gonna give my whole house a new coat of paint, except for my room(I painted it 2 months back). I start the new year getting myself dirty with the different coloured paints. I’m fine with it, maybe that shows my life will be more colourful this year. Haha.. So it may take quite a while before I blog again. This mammoth task is going to take almost a week to complete, cos I’m doing it all by myself.

After the painting, it’s down to shopping! Gotta get lots of new clothes for CNY. I’ve loaded myself with cash, n I guess it’s time to blow them.
