    Chee Yang is Campus Superstar

Hmm, got lots of stuff to write about today. Ok, I shall start with last night. I fell asleep pretty early last night. It was 12am to be exact, so I was only awake for a meagre 9hours ystd. Wai Lay is a pig huh? Yeah, I agree, cos my mum says that I am a huge one. Liverpool's match started at 1.30am, so I kinda missed it. To my surprise, I woke up seeing a 2-0 scoreline in favour of Liverpool. Cisse n Fowler scored for The Reds in a frantic first half, with the 2nd half staging a WBA fight back. Pool held on to record yet another clean sheet in this season. Miss Fabregas must be happy to see her Arsenal blow away Aston Villa with a 5-0 thrashing scoreline, but Cesc Fabregas was only on the field for 16minutes. He got injured n was being substituted, leaving him in doubt for the Champions League showdown with Juventus at Turin in 3days' time.

In another sports event, Fernando Alonso won his second grand prix in the new Formula One season at Melbourne today. It was a race marred by massive car crashes with less than half of the pack finishing the 57lap race. My favourite team, Ferrari, failed to finish the race with both their cars crashing out. I can see the disappointment in my favourite German driver, Michael Schumacher after the race. Credit must go to the Renault team for producing yet another magnificent performance to gain more points. Alonso definitely showed his championship win last season was no fluke n picked up where he left off to win the race with just less than 2seconds in front of 2nd man Kimi Raikonnen.

I woke up at 7am this morning to accompany mum to the market. I was sitting down at this coffeeshop having my breakfast while waiting for mum to finishing her marketing. Then, one of Tampines MPs, Miss Irene Ng appeared. I was stunned, cos I've only seen her in magazines b4. She's a lawyer before becoming a member of the PAP. I guess it's due to the upcoming General Elections, that's why she's out here, trying to get closer to the residents, hoping they'll vote for PAP. She shook hands with all the patrons at the coffeeshop, yes, all but ME!!! What the heck.. Was it due to me sitting alone that's why she didn't approach me? Or is it that I look too young to have the power to vote? If it's the latter, then she's very wrong. Cos I'm 21 now, I certainly have the power to vote. She didn't impress me with the way she treated me like a transparent object. I give her a thumb down. If it was Mr Mah Bow Tan or Mr Yatiman, they surely won't neglect me. If I reveal this to my dad(he's a senior GRC member), he surely will feedback to the upper level. She may be a capable lady, but she'll need to brush up on her HR skills.

The day started bright n shiny. How beautiful to start a SUNday. So, I happily washed my Sunny. Seeing my baby regain its shine n glamour put a smile on my face. No more ugly water stains due to the frequent downpours. Seeing that the weather is so nice, I went cycling in the noon at 2pm. Hit Pasir Ris beach with my bike. It has been damn long since I last cycled. Missed the wind blowing into my face. Fine, it was sunny n nice initially, but upon reaching the beach, the stupid sky started to darken. I could sense a heavy downpour coming my way. It didn't disappoint me. An hour later, the sky bombarded me with large water droplets. I had to speed all the way to hide at Downtown East. When the rain turned lighter, I headed home. Cycled in the rain, it was cold when the wind starts to blow at your wet skin. With the water droplets dripping from my hair onto my face, I could hardly open my eyes. I reached home wet through. My baby was wet too in the carpark. All my hard work washing it went down the drain. It's gonna have the ugly water stains again. Damn!

On TV, Singapore's first Campus Superstar is out. He's Chee Yang from Hwa Chong Instituion. I had wanted Teresa Tseng from Katong Convent to win, but her vote count lost to Chee Yang. When I first heard her sing, I predicted that she'll win, or at least reach the finals. Her vocals are incredible n she's only 16 this yr. But too bad her expressions let her down. Her voice is really very beautiful. Thumbs up to Chee Yang, this cute little teenager will have girls swamping around him in school everyday. Stardom at such an age is not easy to handle.

Chatted with Peishan at MSN this noon. Hmm, met her through friendster 2 weeks ago. U guys can check out her profile at http://www.friendster.com/profiles/peishan333. She just broke up with her partner 3 weeks ago, but they remain as friends. How I wish me n my ex-gf can be like them too. Oh, n she's a teacher. Haha.. It's so hard to imagine my peer being a teacher nurturing the future generation. Kill me if u want me to be a teacher. At most, I'll only be a PE teacher. Kids are too difficult to handle nowadays. Heh, but I still love kids, especially my cute nephews n nieces.

Alright, I really wrote a lot. It's Monday again, working day. Good night..
