Did absolutely nothing in camp. All the big shots were not in camp either. The whole place looked so dead. Slept at 12 last night, woke up at 5.30am, ate the sucky breakfast, back in bunk at 6am, continued sleeping till 10am then wake up to brush my teeth n wash up. Talk cock, listen to November’s Chopin n read the papers till 12pm before having lunch. After lunch, book out! Waste of time? Still alright la. The amount of sleep I had in camp more or less made up for the zero sleeping minutes for the past 2 days. The heavy rain in the morning cancelled the 2km run n made my sleep even more comfortable. I was curling up under the blanket. Shiok…

Came home to change n rest before heading down to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for the MRI scan on my left knee. Gosh.. It was really a very special experience. The scanner is a huge cylindrical machine which is hollow in the centre. My whole body was being slotted into the hollow centre n the whole scan took 15min. Through out the scan, I had to keep absolutely still, n the scanner makes some very loud noises. Can u imagine techno music w/o the bass effect? Yeah, that was what I was subjected to for 15min. The ear plugs they provided me did little to block off the noises.

The place is pretty depressing. Cos it’s the radiology department, I saw lots of “broken people”. Patients with heavily bandaged n casted limbs is a common sight. I left the hospital immediately after my scan, can’t bear the sight. The result is going to be sent to NUH n I’ll be there on the 22nd of this month to find out how my left knee is doing. Ha, I’m going into NUS again.

Finally reached home after jostling for space with the working crowd in the MRT train. It’s block leave for the whole of next week. Home sweet home. Dunno how I’ll spend the whole of next week. Maybe I’ll really paint the whole house by myself. At least it can keep me occupied.

Hai.. As for her, I think I hurt her becos I’m capricious. Had he not appeared in the picture, I would have still be sending flowers to her every month till 15th March 2006. This is just life; human proposes, god disposes. I pray that she’ll recover from this ordeal sooner rather than later. Hopefully, she won’t change into some scary person.

Weekend is here. Going to Farah’s place for some lontong party in the noon. Haha, haven’t seen her since we graduated from Temasek Sec Sch at 16. I wonder how she looks now. Till then, cyaz…
