Heehee, I’m back home, suffering from lack of sleep. Office duty ystd was still alright since I had a TV to watch throughout the day. I practically kept my eyes on the little black box from 8am till 10pm, except for having my meals. Oh ya, my platoon store’s keys were lost n I had to cut the lock! Sheesh.. I was using this cutter with a spinning disc n upon contact with the lock, sparks flew, literally. I had never tried something like this but I must agree it’s fun, but dangerous.
I dreamt of her last night again. Beats me why she appeared in my dreams. She was telling me she’s very happy n living very well now. Well, that’s what I want to see. Hopefully, it’s true. Harry Potter started screening in S’pore on Thursday. I watched the Prisoner of Azkhaban with her last yr at Suntec. No such chance I guess for this yr. Most of my friends don’t like Harry, n so I have no one to watch it with. Hai.. Guess I’ll wait for the DVD to be released then, can’t possibly watch a movie all by myself.
Shocking news in the sports scene. Roy Keane, the Irish Manchester United captain, had left the Red Devils with immediate effect. Gosh… Who would have expected him to leave so abruptly? I dun like Man Utd, but it’s still a great loss to the team to lose someone of Keane’s calibre. He may be old, but his aggressiveness n leadership in the beautiful game is hardly replaceable. Anyway, Man Utd won Charlton last night by the scoreline of 3-1 at The Valley thanks to 2 late goals by Ruud Van Nistelrooy. My beloved Liverpool won 3-0 against Portsmouth with goals from Zenden, Cisse n Morientes. Nothing surprising in last night’s premier league action, but Everton’s 4-0 loss to WBA was pathetic.
I’m tired. I’ll go get a cold refreshing bath n curl up in my bed. =)
