August is over!! Haha, I’m another month closer to ORD. 1^st September today, it’s Teachers’ Day. Being a student for 13 years, I truly know how hard it is to be a good teacher. It’s a tough job, n it’s one job I’ll resist taking up. I don’t have that much patience. Moreover, students nowadays are getting harder to teach. I miss my JC civic tutor from TPJC, Mr Tan Ah Lek. He’s one super dedicated teacher, who works tirelessly to help his students do well. He’s also a great mentor, a father figure. He made me believe in myself. Haha, n he loves to nag at me, reminding me not to exhaust myself by kayaking too much. If not for him, I think my A Level Chemistry result will be a disaster. His chemistry knowledge is simply superb.

A tough week I’ve had. I barely had any rest. The exercise at Kranji camp on Tuesday was well done. I’m glad I didn’t forget anything that I’ve learnt. For the 2^nd time, I’m fogging the contamination. I always get the high when I hear the little fogging machine roar to life when I kick start it. Holding it with one hand, I spray the smoke all over the room. I feel like Terminator, holding a flame thrower, destroying everything in my way.

Guard duty yesterday night till this morning, no sleep again, totally shack out. Comex opens today at Suntec City with 2 levels of exhibition. Looking at the advertisements, I’m very much tempted. 19inch LCD panels n 5 megapixel digital camera going under 500 bucks. Damn, I dun wanna blow my next month’s pay when I haven’t even got it. Argh, I’m struggling inside me…
