It's Friday!! Last day in camp for the week. Today is SAF Day, n also the last day of the display. Minister of State Development Mr Mah Bow Tan will be coming to TP to see the display. I had enough of travelling on that super bumpy 5 tonne truck back n forth TP for 3 straight days, my butt really hurts. The rest of the company had half day off, while my platoon had to stay till the display was over. What is this?!! Kaoz!

Good thing that today's display will end much earlier than the previous 2 days, n we can book out once we reach camp n keep the stores. Walked around the campus, it is pretty interesting; the atmosphere is so different from a junior college. In my JC, there will be people sitting on the benches doing work or revision. But in TP, the students were talking cock on the benches, n a lot were using their laptops. Tempting sia, i want a laptop too. Some girls even applied the green camouflage cream on their faces n toured round the campus. Haha.. They may think it's fun, but wait till they actually have to go thru 7 days of field camp, they'll definitely cry. 7 days no washing of face, 7 days of full camo cream on your face. My BMT(Basic Military Training) days in Tekong were hell. My field camp was a nightmare, n to make things worse, i was bitten by insects while sleeping until my whole neck was swollen with bites. Argh, Tekong was the darkest days in my life. Hai.. I still had my gf applying cream on my bites for me that time when i was back from field camp.. Fond memories of yesteryear...

The display ended at 3pm, n we packed up in record time before heading back camp. Week in camp ended. Next week will be the start of IOC (International Olympic Committee) operation. Things will get interesting. Beckham (London), Raul (Madrid), Alexander Popov (Moscow), Mohd Ali (NY) n Jacques Chirac (French President supporting Paris) will be at the IOC session held at Raffles City. Security will be at it's highest level, so terrorist can forget about any attacks. I'll be on high alert as the standby force. Tomorrow watching Initial D, can't wait...
