Last Run

Tired....... I need sleep... Haha.. My mum is making me having late nights, all thanks to the mahjong games. To save her the hassle of taking a cab, I had offered to ferry her to n fro. Sometimes, her game can end at 3 or 4am in the morning.

Ystd was another busy day. Met up with Sam for lunch n i went back to Niutrend International to sort out some stuff at the office. Headed down to Woodlands in mid-noon with Sam for our last out-camp run. We lost our way, or in fact, we went to the wrong place. There were two parks having the same name!! But luckily i managed to recall the location of the other park on the map i saw the night before.

The run was a short 5km, but the hot weather made the run unrelaxing. I walked for 800m n ran another 800m. That's it, it was our last run as a platoon. I don't think there will be such a chance anymore.

Night time, met Ying for a late dinner. Hai.. She broke up with her bf juz minute b4 meeting me. I don't know if it is the first time, but she seemed very calm n behaved normally. I didn't want to probe any further n tried to chat with her normally. Went to Bedok85 n ate our dinner at 11pm. Haha.. She has fond memories of that place cos her secondary school was located at the area. Chatted about university life n my plans after ORD. She almost killed me when i said i'm going Taiwan soon. Haha..

It was already 12.30am when we decided to leave. Hai.. Can see that she's exhausted by her school work n relationship problems. She fell asleep almost immediately when she went up the car. I had to drive super carefully so as not to jerk the car too much. She was still sleeping like a dead log when i reached her house. Haha, i had no choice but to wait for her to wake up by herself, didn't feel like disturbing her much needed sleep. Hectic school work, falling sick n her boyfriend problem. All these had taken its toll on her. She had lost some weight the last time i saw her in early January. I'm starting to worry about my coming university life.

Sent her home n then i went to my mum's game at Simei. I fell sleep on the sofa n got woken up at 3am. Shucks. One day i'm gonna juz fall asleep on the wheels.
