Finally, I'm a free man again

My army life is over, truly over after today. I went back to camp in the noon, completed my ORD clearance signing form n collected my pick identification card. It has been very long indeed. The last time I saw the pink card was on the 16^th of January 2004. I got it back today n it looks the same. I was so excited when I received it from the clerk. Well, I try not to show too much of it cos I know the feeling of the clerk. I hate it when people show off their IC to me when I was still a NSF. I'm not going to do that to other people.

Wai Kit was in camp today n Weiliang came back to get the signatures on his clearance form. Perhaps this will be the last time I see them before I get into university. Wai Kit will be in NUS with me. A great n reliable friend, I'm sure going to be good friends with him for a long long time. Weiliang is the cool guy, one that will always be so on. Good luck to him for his knee surgery in the coming weeks.

I walked on the long n hot n dusty road out of camp for the last time today. I didn't turn back. Won't miss this place definitely, but I'll miss my mates who suffered together with me. All of us are great buddies who eat, shit n sleep together for two years. Haha..

I'm a free man again. No more worries about booking in back to camp or doing those irritating regimental duties. IT'S OVER!!!! Celebrations on its way~!!!
