Close Control...

Finally, I can confidently say I had mastered the half clutch technique. My slow turning control was flawless for the 1st time. Ok, today’s instructor was a little harsh on me, but he taught me some really useful stuff, I became a much skilled driver after his lesson. He even went the extra mile in teaching me how to conquer the slope n U-turning. I can drive in much congested traffic now w/o problem. So far, today’s lesson was the one I learnt the most compared to the 3 lessons I’ve had last week. Tmr will be my next lesson, I’m totally addicted.

The 42nd Golden Horse Awards was held ystd in Taiwan. Best film was “Kung Fu Hustle”, best actor n actress was Aaron Kwok n Shu Qi, best newcomer was Jay Chou n the best supporting actor was Anthony Wong. I’m pretty satisfied with the result, but I must congratulate Aaron Kwok for winning the best actor award for the movie “Divergence”. I watched the film, he really acted damn well as a lost n depressed cop looking for his missing gf. Kwok almost made me tear watching this film. As for Anthony Wong, he deserved the best supporting actor award in the movie Initial D. Wong can’t seem to produce any lousy performance. I love his role in Infernal Affairs too. N yup, Jay Chou won the best newcomer award. Okie, everyone is criticizing his substandard acting skills in Initial D, so I dunno why he got the award. Finally, best film went to Kung Fu Hustle, acted by my favourite Stephen Chow. YEH~!! Haha, he’s my idol, the most talented comedian I had ever seen. Chow never fails to tickle me with his lame jokes. I never miss any of his shows, right from the start of his acting career till today.

Went to Singapore Expo for the food fair in the evening with mum n sis. There was really lots of food stuff, too bad we already had our dinner. It was more we went there walking around to digest our dinner than being there to eat the delicious food. Ok la, at least we bought lots of stuff.

No Monday blues, n the day is over. Tuesday tmr, I’m heading to NUS in the morning to see the doctor at MMI. I’m praying hard that nothing serious had happened to my left knee. Shall keep my fingers crossed. Wait for my news…
