Champions' League Match Day 2 Round Up(2nd day)

Anderlecht 0-1 Real Betis
Second loss for the Belgium champions in as many games. It looks as though their chances are as good as gone. Maybe a more experienced squad next season will be stronger.

Liverpool 0-0 Chelsea
Tense affair at Anfield with Liverpool dominating the play. It's the first game this season Chelsea didn't get full points.

Real Madrid 2-1 Olympiakos
Raul set a new scoring record in the Champions' League by netting his 50th Champions' League goal, helping Real Madrid to their 1st win in the Champions' League this season after a horrendous 3-0 defeat by Lyon a fortnight ago.

FC Porto 2-3 Artmedia Petrzalka
The European Champion of 2004 threw it away after leading 2-0. Full marks for effort for Artmedia. They never gave up n snatched all 3 points in Portugal. Marvellous.

Rosenborg 0-1 Lyon
A goal by Marques Gomes at the stroke of half time settle the score. It doesn't matter how they win, they top the group now with a maximum of 6 points. French champion, a force not to be taken lightly this season.

Fenerbahce 3-0 PSV Eindhoven
Alex scored a brace for Fenerbahce n the man with the longest name in european football, Vennegoor of Hesselink, got sent off just before half time. Semi-finalist last season, PSV have looked fragile after losing numerous players to club transfers.

Schalke 04 2-2 AC Milan
Just when everyone thought AC Milan would slaughter the German team, Schalke dug deep to carve out a draw. German teams are no pushovers after all.

Inter Milan 1-0 Rangers
Playing in front of an empty San Siro due to last season's crowd trouble, Pizarro scored just after the break to win it for Inter. Rangers wasn't good enough.

Yawnz.. I'm exhausted, haven't slept all night. Hey, maybe i can go get some prata for breakfast now huh...
